Method and evidence
Dates are calendar dates in the selected timezone, with no time-of-day inference. The same confirmed date stays the same when its timezone label changes; obtain exact cut-off times from the provider. This reuses the responsibility map’s owner roles and explicitly entered deadlines instead of inventing a universal onboarding calendar.
First-payroll responsibilities. These tools reuse the existing research and calculation patterns. Worked prices, dates, owners and service scenarios are illustrative. Replace them with confirmed inputs.
