How we calculate the fees
Monthly amounts are per employee. Estimated totals include the management fee and use USD 6,000 monthly payroll, with 2% FX and a 1% extras reserve unless confirmed terms differ. Salary, employer costs and deposits are separate. Equal overall scores are ordered by cost transparency and FX, then provider name.
