Best for

Stretched HR teams that need reliable support and predictable fees.

Decisive in-country HR support when employment questions need answers. The only major EOR that charges no FX fees on cross-currency payroll. Removing the provider FX spread can lower the full bill and make month-end reconciliation clearer.

How much pension contribution should a Ghana EOR quote include?

SSNIT describes the ordinary pension contribution as 13% of basic salary from the employer and 5.5% from the worker, totalling 18.5%. On GHS 120,000 of contributory basic pay, the simple employer share is GHS 15,600 before applying the scheme’s current limits and individual treatment. Do not add the employee deduction to employer cost a second time.

Check the current contributory limits, pension-tier remittances and any separate benefits or provider charges.
