Türkiye permits temporary employment relationships through private employment agencies in specified circumstances under article 7 of the Labour Law. It is not an unrestricted route for every permanent role. Check the permitted ground, agency authorisation and assignment conditions.
Make the legal ground for temporary employment part of the proposal rather than treating agency payroll as sufficient.
Where the termination qualifies for statutory severance, the Labour Ministry describes 30 days of relevant gross remuneration for each full year, with proportional treatment of additional service and a statutory ceiling. Regular benefits can affect the remuneration basis. It is not an automatic payment on every resignation.
Use the ceiling in force at termination, the employee’s service and the actual legal reason for exit. Notice and the provider’s exit fee are separate.
Know the whole bill
The service fee is one line in the budget. Use amounts from a local quote to separate monthly spending from deposits and other upfront cash.
First-year spending = 12 × monthly spending + one-off fees. The refundable deposit is shown only in upfront cash. This assumes constant monthly costs for 12 months and excludes anything not entered, including future exit charges.
